Corporate wellness Program in Japan

Self Hack” well-being project

The Self Hack project plans a variety of activities for well-being.

This project is designed for companies in Japan and provides them with programs to learn and experience well-being through exercise and lectures.

 (1) Exercise (physical health) = Fitness: Original exercise instruction by athletes

 2) Lecture (health that moves the mind) = Lecture: Practical workshop by specialists

This will be implemented in two forms: "open events for individuals" and "closed events for corporations.

The event will be a place for individuals to learn and experience well-being, including entertainment. The program will provide corporations to learn and experience well-being, including entertainment.

For corporations, programs will serve as an opportunity to promote well-being, health management, and CSR.

Concept

We have uncountable issues such as covid disasters, environmental issues, population problems, social disparity, Nanotechnology, robots, 6G, quantum CPU, GDF11, Singularity, and so on.

How can we go through the modern era? How can we move toward a "Sustainable Society"?

In today's society, it is more important for us to think and act sustainably with a relaxed mind. We all should be able to describe "what is our healthy, happy, and well-being" state. This requires a change in our consciousness, and it is important first deeply to confront ourselves (body and spirit).

Rethinking ourselves will lead to a change in consciousness, leading to society and the world.

Let's optimize ourselves for well-being and live a life that fills our hearts with happiness and health.

Mission

The "pursuit of well-being" of each individual that leads to a sustainable world will be reflected in a happy life that involves others, the community, society, and the world, not to mention preventive medicine for many people.

For corporations, it should lead to health management, SDGs, CSR, branding, employee satisfaction, and as a result, business performance and stock price.

However, the pursuit of well-being is still lacking in Japan compared to other countries.

My team in Japan and I have developed a new concept of "Athlete," a person who has mastered life's physical and mental aspects and can disseminate wellness thoughts.

We have also been working with "specialists" who have mastered a variety of specialized fields and can make recommendations on the benefits of wellness activities.

The "Self Hack" project aims to appeal to society as a "bridge to well-being.”

<Self Hack> = to rethink oneself and optimize one's life toward well-being.

We hope many people will take the opportunity to raise their awareness of well-being.
