I'm thrilled to announce the launch of GF Ramen Lab, a Japanese Brand by Kenmin Co. Ltd in the USA. Japanese ramen chef Masuo Onishi and I bring authentic gluten-free ramen to the US market.

As a health consultant and biohacking enthusiast, I recognized the growing consumer demand for gluten-free options. Though initially medically driven, gluten-free diets have become mainstream thanks to endorsers like professional tennis star Novak Djokovic.

After extensive R&D, our partner Kenmin Co, Ltd formulated rice flour noodles with added kansui, an alkaline salt replicating the texture of wheat ramen.
