I'm thrilled to announce the launch of GF Ramen Lab, a Japanese Brand by Kenmin Co. Ltd in the USA. Japanese ramen chef Masuo Onishi and I bring authentic gluten-free ramen to the US market.

As a health consultant and biohacking enthusiast, I recognized the growing consumer demand for gluten-free options. Though initially medically driven, gluten-free diets have become mainstream thanks to endorsers like professional tennis star Novak Djokovic.

After extensive R&D, our partner Kenmin Co, Ltd formulated rice flour noodles with added kansui, an alkaline salt replicating the texture of wheat ramen. Their manufacturer in Thailand adheres to strict gluten-free protocols, testing below 2ppm. This exceeds international standards for "gluten-free" certification.

As co-founder, I contribute expertise in health trends while Onishi provides his mastery of traditional ramen recipes and cooking techniques. Our goal is an authentic gluten-free ramen experience without compromising taste or quality.
