Following the powerful experience of the Biohacker Summit Helsinki 2024, I embarked on a transformative offsite retreat to Samurai Island, located in Finland’s stunning archipelago, Stra Herro. This secluded island retreat was unlike any other, offering a perfect blend of nature, mindfulness, and ancient samurai philosophy.

After leading exercise at a biohacking retreat in Estonia, I took a ferry to Helsinki for Nordic nature immersion with ice baths, forest trails, saunas, and ecstatic breath-work.

After Biohacker Summit Helsinki, we embarked on an epic upgraded offsite to the world's largest archipelago in front of Finland. This is where ancient Finns used to pay their taxes to the king with seal fat and salted herring. They survived on fishing and the gifts from nature, and we were there to immerse ourselves in the exact beautiful nature and sea that provided them with sustenance.
