The Upgraded Offsite: An Overview

After Biohacker Summit Helsinki, we embarked on an epic upgraded offsite to the world's largest archipelago in front of Finland. This is where ancient Finns used to pay their taxes to the king with seal fat and salted herring. They survived on fishing and the gifts from nature, and we were there to immerse ourselves in the exact beautiful nature and sea that provided them with sustenance.

The offsite was a complete nervous system reset. It included transportation, a boat trip, lunch and dinner, a sauna session, swimming in the Baltic Sea, nature trips, guided forest meditations, and a full-body recovery program. It was an invitation-only event, making it an exclusive experience.

The Journey to the Island

Our day began with a bus ride from central Helsinki to a harbor, a journey of about 20 minutes. We took a small boat to the island, another 20-minute trip. Under the guidance of experts, we walked through the island, immersing ourselves in the forest and participating in meditative moments.

The Main Destination: A Wooden Artist & Fisherman Hideout

Upon arrival at our leading destination, a wooden artist and fisherman hideout, we enjoyed a nature walk, visiting a traditional/historical Fin”s house, a delicious lunch there, and some free time. A traditional Finnish sauna session followed this. Participants also had the option to swim in the sea or hike on the untouched island.

In the evening, we were treated to a three-course fine-dining dinner made from local ingredients from the archipelago. The dinner was catered to our dietary needs, making it a personalized culinary experience.

Return to Helsinki

We returned to Helsinki by boat, ending a day of tranquility and rejuvenation. For those who needed to go to the airport, arrangements were made to accommodate their schedules.
