ファイトキャンプで一緒に過ごせなかった妻の誕生日と年末年始のお祝いを兼ねた旅です。
初日の夜は名店Cervesería Catalanaでタパス三昧。シーフードが特におすすめです。
14年ぶりのバルセロナ
20歳の時に訪れたバルセロナから、もう14年。時間が経つのは本当に早いです。タテキが好きなことをやるために、妻がどれだけ人生を捧げてくれているか、よく分かっています。試合前はファイトキャンプで、ほとんどの時間をトレーニングと準備に費やしていました。だから誕生日も、年末年始も、一緒に祝えなかったんです。遅くなったけど、誕生日おめでとう。タテキにできるのは、二人の思い出の場所に連れて行くことくらいでした。
バルセロナはタテキたち夫婦にとって特別な街です。二人ともバルセロナ出身の素敵なスペイン人ルームメイトがいて、2006年にこの美しい街を訪れた縁があるからです。

Cervesería Catalana

街に着いたのは夕方遅く。まずは街を歩いて、少しずつ記憶を呼び覚ましました。その後、Cervesería Catalanaでディナー。かなり有名な店です。初日は豪華にいこうと決めていたので、まさにぴったりの場所でした。いや、メニューの豊富さと味を知ってしまったら、注文が止まらなくなりました（笑）。サービスはフレンドリーで気が利いていて、タテキのスペイン語も通じました。理解してくれてありがとう。おすすめも的確で、提供も早い。
料理は驚くほど美味しくて新鮮。どれも高品質な食材で作られているので、初めてのメニューも躊躇なく頼んで大丈夫です。特におすすめはシーフード系。シンプルな味付けで、よく焼かれていてジューシーでした。
