娘の顔をネットに載せると、将来娘に訴えられそうで怖いので（笑）、新生児と妻が健康で無事だという報告だけさせてください。
この星のすべての女性に、深い敬意を捧げます。女性は本当に強い！妻は間違いなく「パフォーマンス・オブ・ザ・ナイト」でした。ボーナスの5万ドルは払えませんが（笑）、このファイトキャンプのためにタテキが用意したものがしっかり機能したことは、認めてもらえるはずです。45分はかかると思っていたら、看護師さんによると、いきみ始めてからたったの25分だったそうです。
ケトルベルトレーニング？呼吸法？タテキの栄養プログラム？何が効いたにせよ、素晴らしい！バースプランは特に決めず、いわば「流れに身を任せる」方針でしたが、妻は無痛分娩なしの自然分娩をやり遂げました。本当に見事でした！
それと、本当は最初に言うべきでしたが、前回の投稿にたくさんの愛をありがとうございました。おかげで二人ともこの瞬間に向けて力をもらえました。感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。
