the Castell de Montjuïc

Montjuïc is a great place to enjoy panoramic views of Barcelona. The Castell de Montjuïc fortress is located on the summit of the hill, and it's surrounded by imposing ramparts. There are several large-caliber guns mounted on the fortress, which were used to defend the port area. The fortress is open to the public, and you can walk around the flat roof and corner bastions for some great views of the cityscape, sea, and mountains. Montjuïc is also home to some great museums, like the Fundació Joan Miró and the Catalan National Museum of Art (MNAC).

Montjuic castle was built in 1640 and is located on Montjuïc hill in Barcelona. The castle has had a number of uses over the years, including as a prison, military barracks and artillery park. It was declared a national monument in 1931.

The Montjuïc Castle Hotel project is just one of a number of new projects that have been announced for 2020. These include a new beachfront area in Barceloneta, which will cost €130 million to build, and an expansion of the airport which will see passenger numbers increase from 30 to 45 million per year.

Montjüíc 2020 is a new concept that will see Montjüíc Castle turned into a hipster hotel during the summer of 2020. The castle, which was built in 1640 to defend against attack from the sea and then later became an army barracks until 1994, has been closed since 1998 but now it's set for renovation ahead of its conversion into Montjuic Montjüíc 2020. Montjuic Montjüíc 2020 will see 40 rooms built into the castle, a restaurant and bar on top of the terrace, plus an open-air swimming pool. Montjuic Montjüíc 2020 is also likely to be available for private events during other times throughout the year too. Can’t wait to come back here!

The Best Way to Tour a City

Is through Its Grocery Store. The secret museum in every city is a grocery store. If there is one habit that you should not avoid while kicking back in an unfamiliar locale, it’s visiting the supermarket. Normally, weekly shopping trips are more a necessary evil than a pleasure, and I get no satisfaction from going to the store just to buy milk and coffee creamer. But when on vacation, the usual expectations surrounding grocery shopping are gone: The experience is less about what I need to buy, and more about what I want.
In Barcelona, there are many supermarket and grocery store options to choose from. Some of the most popular supermarket chains in Barcelona include Mercadona, Carrefour, and Aldi. If you're looking for a smaller grocery store with a more curated selection, try Dia or Biocoop. No matter what your preference is, you're sure to find a supermarket or grocery store that meets your needs in Barcelona!
