Summary & Key Takeaways

  • HOLOLIFE Summit 2026 Amsterdam runs 14–15 November 2026 at SugarFactory, a former sugar refinery at SugarCity between Amsterdam and Haarlem.

  • The theme is Life Beyond a Lifetime — healthspan measured by what outlasts you, not by the number of years alone.

  • Organizers project 2,000+ attendees, 100+ exhibitors, and 60+ countries. The largest HOLOLIFE Summit to date.

  • I am on the first announced speaker roster, alongside keynotes Siim Land and Teemu Arina. More names follow.

Life Beyond a Lifetime

Amsterdam, 14–15 November 2026

Hosted a summit in Shibuya. Delivered a keynote in Nice. Now heading to Amsterdam for the biggest one yet.

What does a summit look like when the question shifts from "how long can I live" to "what survives me"?

That is the question HOLOLIFE Summit 2026 puts on the table this November.

Here is what I know so far, and why I am going.

What Is HOLOLIFE Summit?‍ ‍

The Flagship Returns to Amsterdam

HOLOLIFE Summit is the event that grew out of Biohacker Summit, the longest-running gathering in the longevity space. I have been part of this circuit for years — Helsinki 2024, Tallinn 2025, Tokyo 2025 as co-host, Nice and Monaco earlier this year.

Amsterdam is different. The summit returns to the city after a three-year gap, and the organizers are building it as the flagship edition: 2,000+ people, 100+ exhibitors, 60+ countries.

Now, here is the part that matters.

This is the first edition where the scale matches the ambition. Two thousand people in one room changes what a summit can do. Ideas that stay theoretical at a 300-person event get stress-tested when the room holds a full cross-section of the industry.

‍ ‍

The Theme

Why "Life Beyond a Lifetime"

Most longevity conversations stop at the individual. Extend the healthspan. Push the clock. Optimize the biomarker.

This theme pushes past that boundary.

Life Beyond a Lifetime asks what your health produces after you are gone — the vitality, the knowledge, and the influence that carry into the next generation. The program spans both ends of that range: cellular rejuvenation research on one side, practices that have sustained communities for a thousand years on the other.

For me, this lands close to home. My work is built on kokorozashi (志) — a mission that runs deeper than motivation and outlives the person carrying it. A theme built around legacy rather than personal metrics is the one I have been waiting for this industry to reach.

‍ ‍

Four Pillars‍ ‍

The two-day program covers four connected tracks.

Longevity Science — Aging research, senolytics, epigenetics, and regenerative medicine, presented by working scientists.

Biohacking Technologies — Wearables, diagnostics, and self-measurement tools that move health data into the hands of the person generating it.

Holistic Therapies — Breathwork, cold exposure, and traditional healing practices, integrated rather than treated as an alternative.

Smart Nutrition — Evidence-based nutrition, functional foods, and personalized dietary strategy.

Notice the balance? Two tracks point at technology and measurement. Two point at practice and tradition. That split is deliberate, and it is the reason this summit reads differently from a pure longevity-tech conference.

The First Speakers

Three names are confirmed as of this writing, with more to be announced:

Siim Land — Anthropologist and author. Keynote.

Teemu Arina — Co-founder of HOLOLIFE Center, curator, and author. Keynote.

Tateki Matsuda — Founder of HOLOLIFE Center Japan. Former UFC fighter. Degrees in Sports Movement Science and Applied Nutrition.

‍ ‍

I will publish my session details once the program is finalized.

Not a Typical Tradeshow

‍ ‍

The Venue and the Format

SugarFactory sits inside SugarCity, an industrial heritage site between Amsterdam and Haarlem. A working sugar refinery, converted.

Address: Kristalpromenade 7, 1165 PD Halfweg, Netherlands.

The format runs wider than talks and booths. Performances, sound sessions, spa access with sauna and ice bath, and hands-on experiences share the floor with the exhibition. You do not sit and absorb for two days. You participate.

That design choice matches how I work. Information you only hear is information you forget. Information you run through your own body stays.

BRIDGING TOKYO AND AMSTERDAM

In October 2025 we brought this summit to Tokyo for the first time. Two days in Shibuya proved that Japanese practice and Western longevity science strengthen each other when they share a stage.

Amsterdam is the next circuit.

My mission is to operate as a player who connects Japanese practice and global longevity science — carrying what works in Japan out to the world, and bringing what works in the world back to Japan. November in Amsterdam is where that circuit runs at full scale.

If you are coming, find me. I would rather talk on the floor than from the stage.
