Dave Asprey’s Biohacking Conference 2025 | Mind-Body Optimization in Austin
Biohacking Conference 2025
I'm deeply grateful to share that I'll be participating as a facilitator at Dave Asprey's Biohacking Conference 2025 in Austin, Texas, from May 28-30. As someone who has been fortunate to learn from both Japanese wellness traditions and Western biohacking innovations, I'm humbled to have this opportunity to contribute to such a prestigious event. Dave Asprey, who many consider the pioneer of the biohacking movement and the creator of Bulletproof Coffee, has built an incredible platform for sharing knowledge about human optimization. Being invited to facilitate sessions alongside Pavel Aeon and the talented Upper AEÖN team is truly an honor. I hope to offer attendees practical insights that blend my background in martial arts, nutrition science, and wellness practices.
Learning Together: My Session Offerings
Through the generous support of the conference organizers, I'll be facilitating three sessions that combine lectures with interactive workshops. These sessions reflect my ongoing journey in health optimization rather than any mastery—I continue learning every day. The Mind-Body Integration session will explore martial arts techniques I've found helpful for improving focus and coordination throughout my MMA career. In the Resilience Code talk, I'll share neuroscience-based approaches that have supported my own stress management and recovery. The Corrective Exercises session will introduce manual therapy and mobility practices I've gathered from various mentors and practitioners over the years. My hope is that attendees will find at least one useful technique they can adapt to their own wellness journey.
A Student of Two Cultures
While I may be the only Japanese facilitator at this year's conference, I see myself primarily as a student bridging two rich traditions of wellness. Growing up in Japan exposed me to concepts like "ikigai" and "kaizen," which have profoundly shaped my approach to health. Moving to America introduced me to the systematic, data-driven methods of Western biohacking. Rather than viewing these as opposing philosophies, I've been fortunate to learn how they can complement each other. I'm grateful for this opportunity to share some observations from my cross-cultural journey, though I'm aware there's still so much more to learn. Every conversation with fellow practitioners reminds me how much wisdom exists in both Eastern and Western approaches to wellness.
The Power of Community Learning
What excites me most about this conference is the opportunity to learn from other participants and speakers. The biohacking community has taught me that true optimization comes not from individual achievement but from collective wisdom sharing. I'm particularly looking forward to connecting with attendees who bring their own unique perspectives and experiences. Pavel Aeon and the Upper AEÖN team have been instrumental in helping me prepare content that I hope will be valuable, and their collaborative spirit exemplifies what makes this community special. If you're attending, I would be honored to meet you and learn about your own wellness journey. These personal connections often provide the most meaningful insights.
Gratitude and Practical Details
I want to express my sincere appreciation to Dave Asprey and his team for creating this platform where diverse voices in wellness can come together. Their vision of making biohacking accessible to more people aligns with my own hope of sharing what I've learned with others. For those interested in attending, registration is available at biohackingconference.com/2025/. As a small token of gratitude to my community, Pavel and the team have kindly provided a 25% discount code "AEON" for registration. I understand that attending conferences requires significant investment of time and resources, so I'm committed to making our sessions as practical and valuable as possible.
Looking Forward to Austin
As May approaches, I'm both excited and humbled by this opportunity to contribute to the biohacking conversation in Austin. While I'll be sharing techniques and strategies that have worked in my own journey, I'm equally eager to learn from each person who attends. The beauty of the biohacking movement lies in its diversity—each person brings unique insights based on their background, challenges, and discoveries. Together, we can continue exploring what it means to optimize our health and performance in sustainable, meaningful ways. I hope to see you in Austin, where we can learn and grow together in this incredible community of health pioneers.
