After Week 12

Before we ahead to a new year, I just want to update my rehab status. I finished PT 3weeks ahead of schedule and am going to see my doctor next week. I should be allowed to start hitting a heavy bag, but I cheated at TB12 the other day. I felt awesome and confident.

Week 10 & 11

It has been 11 weeks since took a surgery on my shoulder. My arm and shoulder are getting more pliable sand ready for real strength training.

Week 6 & 7

The last 2 weeks were so amazing. My rehab has been great and I get better every single day. All pliability works at TB12 get me back to my road soon.

Week 5

What an amazing experience at TB12 Sports Therapy Center. I have already read TB12 method, but now just visualized what pliability is!

Week 4

4 weeks since surgery. I feel amazing!! I should not rush to come back without full recovery, but "Pliability" treatment boosts my rehab process so fast at TB12.

Week 3

It has been 3 weeks since a surgery. I have to put my arm in sling for another 3 weeks when I sleep. All stitchers are removed, and my body cells are going to eat up some of them!
