SPEAKING AT LONGEVITY SUMMIT INDIA 2026
Summary & Key Takeaways
I speak on the Main Stage at Longevity Summit India 2026, held 15–16 August 2026 at Fairmont Mumbai.
My talk is The Fighter's Paradox: Stress Makes Us Stronger — Until It Doesn't.
The summit runs on a framework called One Life. Five Bodies. Five Frequencies. — Earth, Water, Air, Fire, Flow.
Dr. Arpit Bansal, the summit's Scientific Chair, joined us at HOLOLIFE Summit Tokyo in 2025. Now the direction reverses. Tokyo to Mumbai.
The Fighter's Paradox

Fought in the cage for nearly twenty years. Studied the science after. Now taking both to Mumbai.
What can fighting teach us about longevity?
For me, a lot.
Years inside the MMA cage taught me that stress is not always the enemy. The real questions come after the stress: Can you recover? Can you adapt? Can you come back stronger?
That is the talk I am bringing to India.
What Is Longevity Summit India 2026?
Longevity Summit India 2026 is a two-day summit on longevity science, preventive health, and human performance, held 15–16 August 2026 at Fairmont Mumbai. Physicians, researchers, biohackers, and founders from six countries gather for talks, panels, and hands-on experience zones. It is India's first premier summit of this kind.
The Format
This is not a conference you sit through. The floor holds live diagnostics and experience zones alongside the stage program — hyperbaric oxygen, red-light therapy, microbiome and genomic testing, VO2 max, DEXA scans, breathwork circles, and sound sessions.
Attendees walk out with their own numbers, not just notes.
What Will I Speak About?
My talk is titled The Fighter's Paradox: Stress Makes Us Stronger — Until It Doesn't. The core argument: load alone does not build capacity. Load followed by recovery, adaptation, and recalibration does. Break that cycle and the same stress that made you stronger starts taking capacity away.
Here is where it comes from.
I spent years putting my body under heavy stress. Hard training. Weight cuts. Fights. Injuries. Pressure. The lesson was not that stress is good or that stress is bad.
The lesson was that stress only pays off when the recovery side of the equation actually closes.
That principle runs well past combat sports. It applies to training, work, fasting, sauna, cold exposure, and the low-grade chronic stress most people now carry by default. Each of those is a load. Each of them needs the same question asked afterward.
Longevity is not only about adding years. It is about staying capable enough to keep doing what matters.
What Are the Five Bodies?
The summit organizes its program around one idea: a longer life is built across five dimensions, not one. The framework is called One Life. Five Bodies. Five Frequencies.
Body Frequency Focus
01 Earth Physical foundation — nutrition, movement, recovery, cellular health
02 Water Emotional intelligence — inner balance and your relationship with yourself
03 Air Mental mastery — cognitive performance, focus, expanded consciousness
04 Fire Purpose and ignition — activate your energy, align with your heart
05 Flow Quantum coherence — expand awareness, embody your highest potential
My talk sits mostly in Earth and Fire. The body under load, and the purpose that decides whether the load is worth carrying.
Who Else Is Speaking?
The organizers list 50+ speakers from 6 countries, with names still being announced. Among those confirmed:
C. Sivasankaran — Biohacker, Founder and Mentor at AIWO. Keynote speaker.
Dr. Arpit Bansal — Scientific Chair. Cancer specialist and gut microbiome specialist, known as The Aquaman Biohacker.
Siim Land — Author and anthropologist. We also share a stage in Amsterdam this November.
Dr. Arun Kalyanasundaram — Interventional cardiologist, Promed Hospital, Chennai.
Marcus Schmieke — Information-field researcher, founder of ECRi in Germany.
Chris Kacher — PhD in nuclear physics from UC Berkeley, working on AI and coherence science.

TOKYO TO MUMBAI
This one is personal.
In October 2025 we brought the global biohacking movement to Japan and hosted HOLOLIFE Summit Tokyo. Dr. Arpit Bansal came to us in Shibuya.
Now the direction reverses.
Dr. Bansal and his team are building India's longevity movement from the ground up, and this is its first edition. Standing on that stage as the Japanese voice, six days from now, closes a loop that opened in Tokyo.
My mission is to operate as a player who connects Japanese practice and global longevity science — carrying what works in Japan out to the world, and bringing back what works elsewhere. Mumbai is the next circuit.
Know someone in India who cares about longevity, performance, or biohacking? Send this to them.
See you in Mumbai.
