My week was over after heavy sparring on Saturday. How's everyone's memorial weekend? BBQ? Shopping? Tanning? My teammates were running to their house right after sparring. I'm sure everybody enjoy sunny weekend with family.
Paella de Quinoa
I got tons of clams as leftover from Japnese festival on the other day. We made ramen broth from chicken, pork and seafood. Clams was one of broth ingredients, so I froze and save them.

I had a great time with a head chef of Atelier kitchen Zen for wine dinner. Visits his house, cook and drink together. We had been planning for this, but couldn't make it. Finally we made it happen!
