Palau Güell
Before our flight, we enjoyed the last day in Barcelona. I think this place is my most favorite building designed by Gaudi. The Palau Güell is a mansion designed by the architect Antoni Gaudí for the industrial tycoon Eusebi Güell and built between 1886 and 1888. As editing my video, it came out almost 10 minutes virtual tour for those who are busy or missed opportunities to visit one of the best buildings in Barcelona.

the Castell de Montjuïc
Montjuïc is a great place to enjoy panoramic views of Barcelona. The Castell de Montjuïc fortress is located on the summit of the hill, and it's surrounded by imposing ramparts. There are several large-caliber guns mounted on the fortress, which were used to defend the port area. The fortress is open to the public, and you can walk around the flat roof and corner bastions for some great views of the cityscape, sea, and mountains. Montjuïc is also home to some great museums, like the Fundació Joan Miró and the Catalan National Museum of Art (MNAC).

Hiking up Montserrat
On the 4rd day in Barcelona, we were not in the city, and we did a day trip to Montserrat. Many tourists take a cable car or a tram to the abbey, and you can find other channels sharing their experience. We accidentally entered the wrong route and we took a hard route and hiked the mountain without a cable car or tram. Hope this vlog is helpful for those who want to hike the mountain and you guys like my vlog video.

We woke up early and headed to Park Güell, which was a beautiful park designed by Antoni Gaudí. We then made our way to Sagrada Família, where we were able to go inside the church. After that, we went to see some Flamenco dancers perform. It was an amazing day and I can't wait to go back!

With so many things to do in Helsinki, it's easy to see why the Finish capital city is a popular European destination. Finland’s capital was founded in the 16th century but the city you see today took shape in the 1800s.
Well, I did nothing special as a tourist in Helsinki. lol. I spent two days on Biohacker Summit and went to Rautalampi for the offsite event, so my wife and I had the only chance to walk around in the city after the evening when no place for tourists was open.

I didn’t expect to go for upgraded offsite, however, Teemu invited us to this fantastic offsite trip a day before! My wife and I were not prepared for Lapland weather, but thanks to many bits of help, we got all the gears we need and made it. Even though most of our time we spent in Finland was in Helsinki, just one-night experience in Lapland was beyond the above and an unforgettable experience in my life. Many local fighters blew the roof off TD Garden on October 18th. I had a mixed feeling and was very emotional when I was supporting my teammates and watching their fight. I have never admitted that I give up to come back to the cage at TD garden since got a pink slip from UFC. My fighting career has been up and down since then. In order to come back to UFC, all released fighters must have a win strake to come back, and UFC is always looking for younger roosters. I know there are major MMA promotions except for UFC, but when it comes to TD Garden, I become very emotional
We went to the same national park in Andover, MA as last year. You can check it out> Unplugged 2019. It is only 30 mins away from Boston, and we can bring ourselves to the middle of nature. All we did was eating, walking, playing and cooking. Don’t say “You eat too much!“

It has been 5 years since I visited the Tanglewood festival last time. This is a phenomenal concert venue! Everything from the grounds, to the views, and of course the music, it's all great. I finally got the chance to come here. It was a long drive on Mass pike to West. I wanted to go to Tanglewood for this summer so bad because have been missing opportunities for years. I have visited there with my friends back in 2014 and for my friend's piano concert back in 2010.

How I enjoyed my post-fight gourmet? My wife and I accidentally found out that Time Out market opened in Fenway recently. This is no ordinary mall food court. At Time Out Market Boston you’ll find restaurant stalls by well-known Boston restaurants. There are also two full-service bars, as well as a demonstration kitchen that will highlight a variety of local culinary stars.
My fight is scheduled in 2 weeks and I am in the middle of fight camp now. What happened to us last night? My wife brought weaken Robin to our place. In Wednesday afternoon, it was a rainy and stormy day and my wife found soaked and weaken robin bird near her workplace. I was very surprised at different tweets/voices from Rio when she oped our door.
