2026年10月26日（月）、神戸・六甲アイランドで開催される「Mirai Tech City（未来テックシティ）」に登壇する予定です。
講演タイトルは The Missing Variable: What Happens Between the Interventions。日本語では「見落とされている変数——介入と介入のあいだに何が起きているのか」というテーマです。
健康やパフォーマンスのために何を取り入れるかに加えて、その取り組みを支える日々の過ごし方にも目を向ける時間にしたいと考えています。
