In short, the book is an great read for anyone looking to increase their knowledge on how to live better. For beginners it lays a solid, albeit at times lengthily explained, foundation to better habits and living. The more advanced individual can pull tips from the book as well as follow up with the citations for a more in depth understanding. More specifically, it covers everything from diets , sleeping habits, meditation, time management, self positive talk, sex life and rewiring the brain. No other self improvement is this comprehensive.

Whereas most books fall short by simply stimulating your thinking for the short term, OWN THE DAY, OWN YOUR LIFE gives you immediately implementable actions that will boost virtually every single area of your life. And Aubrey's writing style is conversational and entertaining, which makes it enjoyable to read. I sincerely believe this should be required reading by every person in the world. I loved to listen to his audio version in my car. It was refreshing to read/listen to a health/life improvement book that was honest and made me laugh.

Having this all in one book was worth the purchase. You could honestly probably find most of these tips on his podcast and online. The book covers many key aspects of owning your life from the perspective of one day at a time. It goes just enough in depth to make you think without giving too much detail.
