I am proud to announce our partnership with Biohacker Center BHC Inc. Teemu and I have been discussing the potential of biohacking culture in Asia. Thanks for inviting me to such an inspiring event and sharing all researches, products, and experiences at the summit.
Biohacker Center researches optimal human performance, health, and wellbeing and brings together practitioners, pioneers and companies related to biohacking. Content activities include books such as the best-selling Biohacker's Handbook, podcasts, live shows, webinars, presentations, and online courses. Experiences include the Biohacker Summit conference and Biohacker Retreats.
Biohacking
is about optimizing human performance, health, and well-being. All contents I saw there are fruits of hard work those who have made tremendous efforts. I believe that those will help millions of people’s healthy lives. You can read my blog about my experience there.
Also, you can check out Teemu and his colleagues, Olli Sovijärvi and Jaakko Halmetoja’s book “The Biohacker’s Handbook”, which takes the latest research on holistic health and translates it into practical and relevant information in a visual and readable format. With over 1,500 references and hundreds of images, the Biohacker’s Handbook is the “missing instruction to the human body” and an indispensable copy in the personal library, on the desktop, kitchen, gym, portfolio and in the bedroom of everyone who has a true interest in optimizing own performance, human health and well-being.
Well, now I am an official Japanese biohacker now. We will make a big thing happen in the future!
