4: Add red wine and cook until alchol comes out. Use a wooden spoon to dissolve brown vegetables for sauce.

5: Add bay leaf and anykind of tomato can. IT can be sauce or diced, whatever you want. cook about 30 minutes with low heat.

Ragu sauce! yeah!
This is one of my favorite sauce. I make this sauce when I got red wine left.

Did you know Ragu sauce contains a lot of fiber? As you can tell, I use a lot of vegetable. Those veges give great flavor and natural sweetness to the sauce.

If you watch out your diet, you can modify ingredients. You use more vegetable and switch regular ground beef to 93%lean.(I mean...idealy grass fed of course)

When you use this for pasta, you put sauce on sauté pan and put on fire.
Then add boiling water for pasta and cornstarch for thickness for however you like.

Bon appétit♪
