My mom was visiting Boston, and on her last night here, I decided to break a little tradition and prepare a dish I usually reserve for my wife's birthday - Pescatore. If you've been following Tatekitchen, you know that Pescatore is a special dish in my heart. It's a dish I usually cook only once a year, for my wife's birthday. But this time, I decided to make an exception. After all, isn't cooking all about breaking the rules and creating new traditions?

I added a little Boston touch - a lobster for this special Pescatore. The lobster, sourced from the local market, added a touch of luxury and a taste of the sea to the Pescatore. The sweet, tender lobster meat, combined with the rich, flavorful sauce, was a match made in heaven.

Cooking this meal was a joy. The kitchen was filled with the sea's aroma, the pan's sizzle, and the anticipation of a delicious meal. As I cooked, I couldn't help but feel a sense of gratitude. Gratitude for the food, the opportunity to cook for my mom, and the love that fills our lives.
