You just add lemon juice, avocado and almond or other your favorite nuts to regular pesto recipe.
I got vegetable noodle maker for my birthday gift last year. This machine works really good and help my diet a lot.
Here is Tech's diet. I had grass fed beef liver, stir flied Swiss chard with coconut oil, and zucchini pasta with avocado pesto.
Zucchini pasta tastes like a regular noodle and has kind of the same texture. Protein size should be about my palm size and MCT oil should be cooked with no more than medium heat. I cooked beef liver with grass fed butter. Oh boy, this plate completely satisfied my stomach on weekend.
This seems to be high in fat, so I won't have this between training sessions because my body cannot focus on digestion. This is an example of a recovery meal for dinner.
Already cut gluten, soy, dairy, and any other processed food. My main carb source is mainly vegetable and sweet potato. Quinoa and brown rice are other options too.
I understand why people with paleo recommend their diet to others because mine is kinda same, but I want to enjoy food and time with my friends after my fight. Hey Minnesota (where my fight happens), you better feed me the best after the fight!
