My mom was visiting Boston, and on her last night here, I decided to break a little tradition and prepare a dish I usually reserve for my wife's birthday - Pescatore. But this time, I decided to make an exception. After all, isn't cooking all about breaking the rules and creating new traditions?

I added a little Boston touch - a lobster for this special Pescatore. The lobster, sourced from the local market, added a touch of luxury and a taste of the sea to the Pescatore. The sweet, tender lobster meat, combined with the rich, flavorful sauce, was a match made in heaven.
